- Graham Crackers – 1 Sheet
- 4 Ice Cubes
- Measure and prepare Graham Cracker Protein Shake ingredients.
- Add almond milk, natural peanut butter, graham crackers, Muscle Pharm Combat Protein Powder and ice cubes into an blender or electric mixer.
- Blend all ingredients for approximately 30 seconds
