Is this just for people with pain or injuries?

No. Stick Mobility is used with every Body360 client — whether they’re dealing with chronic restriction, training to get stronger, or simply trying to move better as they age. It’s a foundational movement tool, not a rehab-only tool.

How is this different than regular stretching?

Stretching lengthens a muscle passively. Stick Mobility improves range while simultaneously loading the stabilizers that control it. The result is active mobility — range the body can use under load, not just in a static position that disappears the moment you move.

How does Stick Mobility fit into a complete training program?
