Every session begins with foam rolling and targeted trigger point work. We reduce tension in overactive tissue before asking the body to move — so the work that follows actually lands.

From there we move into dynamic movement and joint mobility work — restoring range the body has lost and rebuilding the control needed to actually use it. Range without control is just flexibility. We develop both.

Why does foam rolling matter? Can’t I just stretch?

Stretching a tight muscle that hasn’t had its tissue quality addressed first won’t hold. Foam rolling and trigger point work reduce tension in overactive tissue, so the mobility work that follows can actually create lasting change. The sequence matters.

Can corrective work be combined with strength training?
