Is strength training right for me after 40 or 50?
Absolutely — and after 35 it matters more. Strength training protects joints, manages weight, and builds the foundation for long-term performance. Your program is designed around where you are right now.
What is the Functional Movement Screen, and why does it matter?
The FMS is a movement assessment that identifies imbalances, limitations, and injury risk before we design your program. Most trainers skip this step entirely — which is why most programs stall or cause pain. We use the FMS with every new client, at no charge, so your strength program starts on a stable and informed foundation.
How often should I train each week?
We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for meaningful, lasting results. This gives your body enough stimulus to adapt and enough recovery to progress.
Do I need experience with strength training?
No. We work with clients at all levels — from complete beginners to experienced lifters who need better programming. What matters is where you are right now. Your program is built from that baseline, not from assumptions.
What makes Body360 Fit different from a regular gym or big-box trainer?
