THE PROBLEM
MOST STRENGTH TRAINING LEAVES GAPS.
If you’ve spent years on machines or following programs that were never built for your body, you’ve likely hit a ceiling. More volume isn’t the answer. The missing piece is usually how you produce and control force — through your full range of motion, with your whole body working as a system. That’s what kettlebell training develops when it’s coached correctly.
FULL BODY INTEGRATION
Kettlebell movements train the body as a connected system. Every rep demands coordination between your hips, core, and upper body.
STRENGTH THAT MOVES WITH YOU
Unlike isolated machine work, kettlebell training builds strength through range of motion — exactly how your body needs to perform outside the gym.
CONDITIONING WITHOUT JOINT WEAR
Done right, kettlebell training builds cardiovascular capacity and muscular endurance without pounding your joints the way high-impact cardio does.
What Kettlebell Training Delivers
BUILT FOR PERFORMANCE. DESIGNED FOR LONGEVITY.
Every kettlebell program at Body360 is assessed first and programmed to your movement, not a generic template. Here’s what that looks like in practice.
HIP HINGE POWER
The swing, the deadlift, the clean — all built on the hip hinge. One of the most important movement patterns for strength, power, and protecting your lower back long-term.
ROTATIONAL STRENGTH
Most training happens in a straight line. Kettlebell work trains you to produce and resist rotation — which is how your body actually moves in daily life and sport.
FUNCTIONAL CORE
Your core isn’t just your abs. It’s the full system that stabilizes and transfers force. Kettlebell training demands core engagement in every movement, not just isolated crunches.
LEAN MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT
Properly programmed kettlebell training drives hypertrophy alongside strength. You build muscle and condition simultaneously — a significant time advantage for busy professionals.
METABOLIC CONDITIONING
Ballistic movements like swings and cleans elevate heart rate without the wear of running or high-impact cardio. Your conditioning improves alongside your strength.
SKILL-BASED TRAINING
Kettlebell work has a learning curve — and that’s the point. Mastering the movements builds focus, body awareness, and coordination that transfers beyond the gym.
PART OF THE FULL STRENGTH & MUSCLE BUILDING SYSTEM
Kettlebell training is the BUILD AND PERFORM stage of the Body360 Method. Before we load you, we ASSESS your movement and RESTORE what’s limited.
FAQ
COMMON QUESTIONS – Kettlebell Training
Do I need experience with kettlebells to start?
No. Every new client starts with a Functional Movement Screen before touching a kettlebell. We build your technique from the ground up, progressively, so the movement becomes second nature before the load increases.
Is kettlebell training safe for people with back or joint issues?
In many cases, yes — but only when properly assessed and coached. Our FMS screen identifies how your body moves and where the risks are. We don’t load patterns that aren’t ready. That’s the difference between random kettlebell classes and a structured program.
How is this different from a kettlebell class at a gym?
Group classes use one program for everyone in the room. Your program is built around your movement assessment, history, and goals. Every session is coached one-on-one in a private studio. There’s no comparison in terms of precision or results.
Will kettlebell training help me lose weight?
Properly programmed kettlebell training builds lean muscle and improves your metabolic rate — both of which contribute to fat loss over time. We pair it with habit-based nutrition guidance as part of the full Body360 program.
How often should I train with kettlebells?
We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for best results. That frequency allows for adequate recovery while creating enough training stimulus for consistent progress. Your program is designed around your schedule and recovery capacity.
What does a typical kettlebell session look like?
Each session starts with a movement warm-up, progresses through your main strength and power work — which may include swings, cleans, presses, Turkish get-ups, or loaded carries — and finishes with targeted recovery work. Every session is tracked and adjusted over time.
What Clients Say
BETTER MOVEMENT. BUILT TO LAST.
Professionals across Los Angeles who finally moved past what was holding them back.
“Christian’s training program is far superior to other programs I have experienced. Six months after major shoulder surgery, I am in the best shape of my life. I’ve lost fat, gained muscle, stamina and energy. That’s a formula that works for me and I have Christian to thank.”
Christopher McCauley:

Christian is incredibly knowledgeable on the mechanics of the body. The classes are no more than four people. We get personal attention regardless of our fitness levels possibly varying a bit in each small group. I just completed my first 12 weeks and I feel amazing I lost weight and I’m getting ripped”

“Working with Christian at Body360 Fit has been an excellent experience! He’s thoughtful and knowledgable, tailoring our sessions to long term goals and also any short term issues or concerns. He’s also very passionate about education, wanting to help you find success both in and out of the gym. Truly can’t recommend enough! “
Alex McCrea

“I truly could not have imagined a better experience than working with Christian. I was a client for just under a year, and if I didn’t need to move out of state would have stayed for many years. Initially I was focused on muscle growth, but then we moved to more agility and athleticism focused training. Both were fantastic and I saw huge gains in each area, much more than when I used to exercise by myself.”
